I believe Pilates is for every body and consistent practice can improve the way you function and navigate the world. Each person is unique in their physical journey. Your body’s needs reveal themselves (and change) over time. My goal is to provide a path for a consistent, sustainable movement practice to address those needs. My goal for you is that your Pilates practice becomes yours for life.

Hello, I’m so glad you’re here!

I am classically trained but strive to keep up with the evolution of exercises and knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics. My own practice informs my teaching style. Living an active lifestyle, feeling good in your body, and maintaining strength are priorities for me. I believe that each session should work the whole body in a functional way to develop body awareness.
